In exchange for a minimum one-year commitment, a tooling allowance of $5,000 will be offered for those starting at Washington Dulles (IAD), Albany, N.Y. (ALB), and Lincoln, Neb. (LNK). New hires will also receive up to $5,000 in relocation reimbursement for all maintenance bases.
