Kramer’s background includes management roles at Southwest Airlines, where he served as Senior Charter Manager, Charter Manager, and Market Strategy Analyst. He also gained charter supervisory experience with FlexJet and held additional positions at Southwest, including Crew Scheduler and Customer Service Supervisor. An FAA-certified dispatcher and private pilot, Kramer earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Airport Management from the University of North Dakota.
